Application

Eliminating Detection Tester for Erasure Rate  (A and B) is applicable to the eraser erasing rate test. This test is completed by two instruments. First, the advanced HB pencil with a pin point of 0.6mm contacts the test paper fixed on the roller of the "Test Paper Maker" at an angle of 75 ° under the load of 0.3kgf, and draws a line on the test paper at a speed of 310 ± 10cm/min. After the completion, take down the test paper and fix it on the "erasing rate erasing tester", make the eraser test piece vertically contact with the color line on the test paper, under the action of 0.5Kg standard load, wipe back and forth for four times at the speed of 36 ± 2cm/min, then take down the test paper, and measure the concentration with a lead core concentration meter. This machine can also be used for the abrasion rate test of the eraser.
