Writing Lubrication Flexibility Tester Application

This tester is mainly used to test the friction between various writing pens and paper as an indicator of writing lubrication. It can be used to test hard pens such as neutral refills, soft pens such as marker pens, and angle adjustment to simulate the writing state.

Functions & Features

1. The writing pen can be either a hard pen or a soft pen (including an axe pen), which can be clamped with different accessories.

2. The test angle of the pen is adjustable from 60 ° to 90 °.

3. Be able to measure the tangential friction of the pen rotating on A4 paper for one circle, draw a curve in the load time coordinate system, and calculate the average, maximum and minimum values of a single pen; Average value of multiple single transactions.

4. Test with rolled A4 paper, once, and automatically feed the appropriate distance without changing the paper. With a paper retracting and releasing device, the round line will not repeat after multiple tests. The distance of automatic feed can be considered as setting.

5. The diameter of the circle can be changed, and the linear speed can be continuously adjusted.

6. The diameter of the drawing circle can be converted to the rotation speed and the linear speed of the drawing circle. Through the setting scheme, the computer can convert the diameter of the circular line and the rotation speed to the linear speed. If the linear speed of the marking is required, the diameter of the circular line must be entered first, and the computer will automatically adjust the rotation speed to the corresponding speed.

7. Writing pressure: weight can be placed on the pen barrel when scribing, which can be used alone or in combination.

8. Standardize the test procedure through the computer, input the test parameters to establish the scheme, click the test, and it will be completed automatically.

9. The same refill can be tested once or ten times continuously.

10. In the process of drawing a circle, the test force time curve can be drawn in real time, and the test curve has the storage function.
