Test principle
Place the sample on the test platform and drive the hexagonal roller to move left and right at a certain speed through the servo motor. The hexagonal roller rolls on the sample for 100,000 cycles. Pass the durability test before and after evaluation: 1. Increase or decrease in height; 2. Any change in strength; 3. Any damage to the sample. To evaluate the quality of the sample and provide data support for improving the mattress.
