Test instrument requirements
Can heat the regular cylindrical steel bar (φ6 * 300mm) resistance
Flammability tester with adjustable maximum temperature of 800 ° C, equipped with pneumatic device
Automatically raise and lower the heating rod to prevent the tester from touching the heating rod.
Testing method
A. Determine the test location (different materials should be tested separately);
B. Place the test sample
C. Start the instrument and put down the heating rod when the temperature of the heating rod rises to 650 degrees Celsius.
The test sample is contacted for 5 seconds, and then the heating rod is removed;
D. Observe whether the tested part of the sample continues to burn.
