Three-Seat Sofa Strength & Durability Tester
Product Introduction
This tester simulates the normal conditions of usage to determine the sofa’s endurance under a long-term repeatability loading. The principle is to simulate normal functional use to determine the strength of the three-sofa structure by applying to seating and backrest with loads. Using a certain shape and load modules, with specific form, frequency, respectively, repeating load seating, backrest and armrest,and these three tests can work together or independently, also the test position is adjustable.

Principle of Operation
Seat surface and back fatigue test:
The test shall be carried out at the following locations:
(1) Seats on single-seat items;
(2) Simultaneously in two positions of the two-seat item;
(3) For a project with three or more seats, in the case of the most unfavorable combination, proceed on two adjacent seats at the same time. Maximum force of seat surface: 1300N, maximum force of seat back: 450N.
Seat front static load test:
Use the loading pad to apply the specified force at the center line of the sofa from the front edge of the structure 100mm inward. For multi-seat sofas, the seat front static load test should be performed at the same time. The specified weight load should be placed in the loading position.
Feature
(1) Hardware features
1. The force-applying device adopts roller-guided movement, and the instrument runs smoothly;
2. The cylinder is equipped with a noise reduction device, so that the test data can reduce the sound when the instrument is operated on the basis of ensuring the accuracy;
3. The cylinder is provided with a stroke limit to fix the stroke of the cylinder rising and falling;
4. The base of this product is made of high-quality carbon steel plate combined with high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, which does not need to be drilled and fixed to the ground, which fully ensures the stability of the instrument during operation;
5. Equipment short-circuit protection to avoid excessive short-circuit current causing electrical equipment to overheat or be damaged by electric power.
(2) Features of the software
1. The control method adopts PLC programmable controller, which can effectively avoid the interference of circuit boards, servo drives, etc. on the test data. The language can be English, Chinese, and the operation is intuitive and convenient. It can complete test parameter setting, working state control, and data acquisition. and result display;
2. The instrument has power-off protection, the current test data is instantly saved when the power is off, and the last test data can be viewed or the test can be continued when the power is turned on next time;
3. The number of experiments can be arbitrarily set from 1 to 999,999 times. After reaching the set number of times, it will automatically shut down. After the test is completed or the sample is damaged, it will automatically and intelligently alarm.
