Product Introduction

This machine is used for testing the hardness of spring mattress and evaluating the hardness level.

It also can be used for durability test for the surface of mattress and Roller durability test. Evaluate the test data before and after the test.

Record the curve of loading process and evaluate the value of hardness according to relevant test data.

It is made of aluminum, generous and beautiful.

Control system adopts special high precision and high intelligence ARAM controller.

The software interface is clear and easy to be operated.

This machine is meet the reguirements of both ASTM F1566 and EN1957 standards, which own below mainly functions:

1. Rolling Durability Test (ASTM F1566 or EN 1957 test standard optional)

2. Mattress Hardness Test (ASTM F1566 or EN 1957 test standard optional)

3. Height Lost Test (EN 1957 Optional)

4. Mattress Edge Test (EN 1725 Optional)
